CONDITION – Building a soild aerobic base and foundation is priority #1. Races are typically 90% running, which is why conditioning is the focus of all our programs.

CLIMB – After conditioning, we enhance your climbing legs, pull-strength, and grip-strength. This will help support your efforts on both obstacles and mountains.

CARRY – Honing in on grip and  leg-strength for object carries, as well as building grit and mental toughness.

CONQUER – Racing or Race-effort training. Race similation/intensity, is where most people think they need to focus their training to make progress; but it’s actually counter-productive, not efficient, and can lead to injury.
We stress RECOVERY, and to save these CONQUER efforts, for the moments on the course where it counts.
